By using k8k ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
k8k is a marketing intelligence platform that connects to your advertising and analytics accounts via MCP (Model Context Protocol). It helps you structure, record, and learn from your marketing decisions.
You must sign in with a Google account to use k8k. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and MCP token. Do not share your MCP endpoint URL publicly.
When you connect third-party platforms (Meta Ads, GA4, Stripe, etc.), you authorize k8k to access your data on those platforms. You can disconnect any platform at any time. k8k only requests the minimum permissions needed for its features.
You own your data. k8k stores your hypothections, snapshots, and conclusions in your private storage. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
k8k is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to advertising spend decisions made based on data provided by k8k.
You may stop using k8k at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
